While we try to make our bots as undetectable as possible, there is no guarantee that you will not be banned. Ban risk can be random and may affect some accounts more than others (depending on spending and activity), so think carefully before purchasing. I recommend following <#1329733671963332730> to reduce your chances of getting banned. If you get banned, we will refund part of your license time.

There has not been a major ban wave since early March 2025.

Yes. There is a 12-hour trial for anyone who is unsure about getting a bot. Check out <#1329460782504607916> for more info. Note: trial slots are limited. If all slots are currently in use, you will need to wait until one ends.

How does it work? Do I need to have my PC running while using the bot? <:sweats:819154108774350868>

No. The bot runs entirely online and you can control it with commands from <@1313625673310670919>. You do not need a computer; any device with Discord is enough. You can also manage your service from the website: https://arcane-services.xyz/

You will need a registered Auto-Gems account to use the service (created when purchasing a service). The downside is that you must share your Lilith credentials with the bot: ➔ We will store your Lilith email ➔ We will not store your Lilith password We understand that you may not be comfortable sharing Lilith data. Unfortunately, you will not be able to use our service if that is the case.
