Become Staff at Arcane

Arcane is growing, and we’re opening new team positions.

Compensation Model

We do not offer fixed salaries right now. Compensation is performance-based and may include: - Free/permanent access to Arcane services - Bonus rewards for strong performance - Commission/equity-style cuts on purchases (role-dependent)

Open Roles

1. Moderation & Support

Help keep the server safe, professional, and helpful. - Enforce rules and handle reports - Assist users in support tickets - De-escalate conflicts and keep discussions productive - Flag recurring issues to improve FAQ/guides

2. Community Manager

Help grow and engage the Arcane community. - Plan and host events (giveaways, activities, announcements) - Improve community engagement and retention - Collect feedback and share it with the team - Help keep channels active and organized

3. Affiliate Partner (Commission-Based)

Was formerly the Key Seller. - Bring in new customers through your network/content - Educate leads on Arcane services and direct them to purchase - Earn a 20% cut from confirmed purchases you generate - Approved partners receive a unique referral code/link for tracked sales - Higher performance = better reward potential
