How do I buy through the checkout flow?

  1. Click the Buy Gem Bot button.
  2. Choose payment method.
  3. Choose duration.
  4. (Optional) apply an affiliate code if an official Affiliate Partner referred you.
  5. Follow payment instructions sent by DM.
  6. Click I have sent the money.

Which methods are supported in this flow?

  • PayPal
  • Bitcoin
  • Ethereum

I clicked buy, but it says I already have an open transaction

Only one open transaction is allowed at a time.

If your status is awaiting payment, you can: - resend instructions - cancel and start a new one

If your status is awaiting approval, wait for team review.

Can I cancel after pressing "I have sent the money"?

Not in the self-service flow. At that stage it is pending manual approval. If needed, contact support.

Do I need to message staff again after I pay?

Usually no. After you click I have sent the money, the transaction is queued for manual approval. Once approved, the rest of provisioning is automatic.

I did not receive payment instructions

Your Discord DMs may be closed. Enable DMs and start again.

If DM delivery fails during checkout, the transaction is auto-cancelled to prevent getting stuck.

How do affiliate or referral codes work during checkout?

If an Affiliate Partner referred you, apply their code before the transaction is created.

You can either: - open a referral link containing ?ref=CODE - enter the code manually in website checkout before starting checkout - in Discord checkout, click Apply Affiliate Code after selecting method and duration

The code is stored on the transaction when it is created.

If you were not referred by an official Affiliate Partner, continue without a code.

When can I start after payment?

You can start once payment is approved and your service/key is provisioned. Approval is manual; setup and onboarding steps after approval are automatic.

What happens after approval?

You receive a DM confirmation.

Depending on your purchase, the system will either: - create a new Gem Bot instance - add time to an existing Gem Bot license

Does the listed price include VAT?

The checkout total at purchase time is the authoritative amount. VAT/sales tax handling follows mandatory law based on the purchase context. If you are unsure before paying, ask support to confirm your final total.

What if payment is denied?

You receive a DM asking you to verify transfer details and contact support if needed.
