How To Use Status And Report A Problem

Common questions

How do I check what my bot is doing right now?

Use /status.

You can see whether it is: - stopped - starting - running

When running, status can include: - gems collected - current task - uptime - recent activity - screenshot

How do I refresh status quickly?

Use the Refresh button in the status message.

How do I stop directly from status?

Use the Stop button in the status message.

How do I report that something is wrong?

In /status, click Report Problem and describe the issue.

This sends your report and a bot status snapshot to the support team.

What details should I include in a report?

Include specific behavior and timing, for example: - what is stuck - how long it has been happening - what command you tried before the issue

My march looks stuck for a few minutes. Is that normal?

Sometimes yes. A march can pause while the bot searches for nearby gem nodes or performs anti-pattern actions that make behavior look less robotic.

Use /status and check recent activity to confirm it is still progressing.

If the same task/screenshot does not change for around 10+ minutes, report it from /status with timing details and screenshots.
