How do I activate my key?

Use /activate <your-key> in DM with the bot.

Why does it say my key is invalid?

The code is not recognized. Double-check for typos and copy the full key exactly.

Why does it say my key was already used?

That key is already activated and cannot be reused as a new key.

Why does it say key type does not match my bot type?

Your key and bot type must match (for example Gem Bot key to Gem Bot instance). Contact support if you received the wrong type.

I already have active time. What happens if I activate another valid key?

The new key extends your existing active time.

Why can I not activate a key on a trial bot?

Trial instances do not accept key activation. Use your normal purchased instance instead.

Do I need to do anything after activation?

Yes, if not logged in yet: 1. Run /login. 2. Then use /start.
